I’ve been absent from this space for a couple of weeks, and wanted to do a quick check-in and give you an update about what is coming next! Lots of behind-the-scenes work going on here.
The new website will be launching soon! I don’t have an official date yet, but I’ll keep you posted. Progress has stalled just a bit while I settle into my new going-to-school routine. I’m excited about it and the beautiful work my fabulous web designer is doing. The new website will have details on the coaching packages I will be offering.
I started my Courageous Life Coach Certification training two weeks ago with a retreat in Sonoma. It was my first chance to meet the other 25 women in our 2017 class, as well as owner, Kate Swoboda, and the rest of our leadership team. It was INTENSE! By the time I got back to Seattle I was exhausted, but solid in the knowledge that I have chosen the right school for me. Our group is awesome, and as Kate said in a training session this week, being in this program is “the honor of a lifetime”. I couldn’t agree more.
I’m settling into a new pace, trying to remember to breathe, and noticing that the first few weeks have felt overwhelming. I’m drawing deeply on all those skills I talk to you about here in this blog, and reminding myself that life WILL start to feel more balanced.
My big takeaway from the last two weeks? Self care. Self care. Self care. You’ll be hearing more about that in future blog posts. I can’t help you if I don’t take care of me. One of the laws of the universe and so hard to remember.
Back soon –
