I created Pause-Reflect-Reconnect with you in mind and believe it’s the most helpful way I can support you right now in your life.

We’ll spend a total of 2 hours connecting one-to-one on Zoom, walking through this process together with me as your guide.

The best part? You’ll have this tool at your fingertips to repeat it as often as you wish, any time you find yourself asking … now what? You won’t leave with all the answers, but you’ll be on your way to knowing what you want to shift to make the next chapter of your life feel like home.

Here’s how we’ll do it:

PAUSE

It starts by creating a space in our call for you to pause. It might be the first time you’ve really done that for more than 18 years! You can step out of the remote control of what your life has been, the bustle of raising your kids, and have a chance to focus on you. Just you.

Our conversation will include questions to help lead you into the reflect segment.

REFLECT

There needs to be a celebration right about now for what you’ve just accomplished, because, Mom, launching your kid is a big deal. You did it!

We’ll dive into and explore all the many parts of your life right now. You’ll spend time reflecting on what you find meaningful, which parts bring you joy and you absolutely want to keep the same, and look for what you might want to change, shift, expand.

This is different than a life assessment. This is a heart assessment, a deep dive into your heart.

RECONNECT

When we reconnect in our second 30 minute follow-up call, you’ll have spent some time asking yourself what you really want (not what you should want) and listening for the answers. Those answers? They’ll give you the clues you need to intentionally choose your path going forward.

Reconnecting with you is an ongoing project and likely won’t be a direct path. You may find that you want additional support after we’ve worked together in Pause-Reflect-Reconnect. We can do that with Thrive Sessions for as long as you want!

How long can we work together in the Thrive Sessions?

There is no end date. We can keep working together with two calls a month for as long as you want ongoing support. Please note there is an initial minimum requirement of two months.
